SPOILER: Three SmackDown Stars Added To The 2019 Men’s Royal Rumble Match

Three new competitors added to the Royal Rumble match.

There are currently five competitors slated for the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble match that takes place on January 27th inside ‘Chase Field’. Those five competitors are R-Truth who has the #30 spot secured, Drew McIntyre and announced during last night’s WWE SmackDown television taping at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh were the former 5-time WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day.

All three members of New Day will be a part of the 30-man Royal Rumble match in Phoenix. There are now 25 spots left in the match and those spots will be filled in the coming weeks as we are on the road to WrestleMania 35 in East Rutherford, New Jersey in April.

 

As mentioned in the article, the announcement of the New Day being added to the men’s Royal Rumble match took place at the SmackDown TV tapings and also during those tapings, a new #1 contender to Daniel Bryan’s WWE Championship was determined and the WWE Title match will take place at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
