AAA Hosted its latest set of tapings on May 20, 2023, from Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico. The tapings were a part of AAA’s Luchando Por Mexico Tour, and feature multiple marquee talents competing in the show, which also included the crowning of new AAA Tag Team Champions. Read below if you would like to know the major spoilers.
SPOILER WARNING
In the tapings, there was a Triple-Threat Tag match set to crown new AAA Tag Team Champions, pitting the team of Arez & Komander facing off against the team of Rey Horus & Octagon Jr and the other team of Jack Evans & Myzteziz. In the end, the team of Arez & Komander won the match to be crowned as the 29th Champions.
The AAA Titles were previously held by Los Hermanos Lee (Dragon Lee & Dralistico) after they defeated FTR (Dax Hardwood & Cash Wheeler) on AAA’s Noche de Campeones Event, but they vacated the championships immediately after the match because Dragon Lee revealed that he would be leaving AAA to sign with WWE, specifically joining NXT.
