So, Texas Tech’s Football Team Had A Fake John Cena And A Wrestling Match
Texas Tech has produced a couple of great wide receivers in their day…but could a pro wrestler be next?
Yeah, probably not. But that didn’t stop the football team from having some pro wrestling fun recently during a Labor Day workout. The team was treated to an impostor John Cena taking down a villain, before destroying the bad guy with an Attitude Adjustment through a table. The crowd, comprised of Texas Tech players exploded with cheers.
Before the faux-Cena saved the day, the nearly butt-naked heel cut a scathing promo on the team. The Red Raiders haven’t had the best go of things over the last several seasons, but hey, at least they got to see a sweet table break.
