SmackDown Viewership Up From Last Week, Still Crushed By Raw

Tuesday night's edition of WWE SmackDown Live, which featured an advertised main event Women's Title Cage Match between Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch, as well as the return of Jerry "The King" Lawler and a segment with Shane McMahon billed as "a major announcement", drew 2.652 million viewers. This is an increase of 4.7% over last week's 2.533 million viewers. All of this according to Show Buzz Daily.

SmackDown came in at #10 for the night in cable viewership, behind Curse of Oak Island, Fixer Upper, The Haves & Have Nots, The O'Reilly Factor, Tucker Carlson, Special Report, Hannity, The Five and The First 100 Days. In a piece of good news, SmackDown was #1 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic.

By contrast, the previous night's episode of Monday Night RAW averaged 3.271 million viewers, besting SmackDown in the ratings war by 23%, and a was a significant increase from last week's 2.907 million viewers.
