SmackDown Viewership 9/4 Drops Again, Rating Goes Back Up

SmackDown’s viewership dropped this week to 2,319,000 viewers. Last week the show averaged 2,350,000 viewers. The good news is that the 18 to 49 demographic rating was back up to .77 after dropping to .75 last week.

This marks the second consecutive week the viewership has dropped following the 2,437,000 viewers the show pulled post-SummerSlam. Despite the steady dip, the show remains above the viewership numbers they were at prior to SummerSlam. The “go home” episode for SummerSlam pulled 2,189,000 viewers.

The show finished third in ShowBuzzDaily’s top 150 cable originals. The premiere of Mayans, MC finished first followed by The Bobby Brown Story.
