Second Semi-Final Match Set In 2022 Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic
The second semi-final match in the 2022 Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic has been decided.
On the March 1 episode of NXT 2.0, the remaining quarterfinal matches in the Women’s Dusty Cup were held. One of the bouts saw Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez team up to face Yulisa Leon and Valentina Feroz. The winning team would move on to face Dakota Kai and Wendy Choo, who won their bout earlier in the night.
During the match, Cora and Raquel showed off the chemistry which they’ve been building the past few weeks. Though Leon and Feroz put up a good fight, the strength of Raquel was too much to overcome. After a powerbomb, she lifted Cora for an assisted splash that earned them the pin and win.
A date has yet to be given for Kai and Choo’s semi-final clash with Cora and Raquel.

The other semi-final match, which was decided last week, will see Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray face Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro.
The winner of the tournament will earn an NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship opportunity.
The Creed Brothers won the Men’s tournament at NXT Vengeance Day, defeating MSK in the finals.
