Second-Generation Wrestler In Jail Again

For the third time in less than six months, Colby Corino finds himself behind bars.

Pro Wrestling Sheet broke the news about Corino's latest legal issue on Monday. According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Corino apparently was arrested and jailed in Hamilton County, TN, on a warrant for failure to comply stemming from a prior arrest. Corino previously was arrested in Hamilton County in December on drug charges. Before that December arrest, Corino was slated to begin training as a "young boy" at the New Japan Pro Wrestling dojo but he lost that spot following the arrest.

Corino also was arrested on shoplifting charges during WrestleMania week in Orlando.

Corino is the son of Steve Corino, the former ECW champion who now is working behind the scenes for WWE and helping train NXT prospects at the Performance Center in Orlando.

Now 20 years old, the younger Corino had his first pro wrestling match as a teenager, working regularly under a mask as American Tiger. He was part of the Ring of Honor Top Prospect Tournament in 2016, and played a role in the ongoing feud between his father, a commentator for ROH TV at the time, and BJ Whitmer.
