Scott Steiner has competed in four different decades. In his early days, he was a tag team competitor with his brother Rick Steiner and the tandem held gold in both WCW and the WWE. The pair would even have a short run in Extreme Championship Wrestling before returning to WCW in 1996.
In 1998, Scott would turn on Rick and begin his singles career. He would go on to hold the WCW World Championship multiple times, competing in the final match for the WCW Championship where he lost to Booker T on the final WCW Monday Nitro.
In 2003, Scott would return to WWE and have a short feud with Triple H over the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. After leaving WWE, Steiner would go back and forth between the independents and IMPACT Wrestling.
Most recently, he competed for the NWA National Heavyweight Championship at the Hard Times pay-per-view in January.
Scott D’Amore would take to Twitter to provide an update saying Steiner is doing okay and that his family is grateful for the concern and outpouring of support.
