Scott Hall Tossed From Airport Bar
Has Scott Hall had another relapse? The WWE Hall of Famer was kicked out of a T.G.I. Friday’s in the Atlanta airport on Saturday for being drunk and disrespectful to the bartender.
TMZ broke the story, citing a witness who said Hall was drinking beer and tequila shots in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Saturday. According to the witness, Hall hit on the bartender and called her a bitch. That started trouble with the bartender’s father, who also was at the bar. The bar manager asked Hall to leave and, when he refused, law enforcement was called.
TMZ also cited law enforcement sources who said the officers recognized Hall from wrestling and were able to calm the situation. TMZ also had video of the alleged incident.
A top star for both WWE and WCW under both his own name and the Razor Ramon persona, Hall was a four-time Intercontinental Champion in WWE before jumping to WCW as part of the New World Order “invasion” storyline in 1996 that gave WCW the advantage for almost two years in the “Monday Night Wars.”
Hall has battled addiction for decades and been arrested multiple times within the past eight years for incidents that were related to alcohol and/or drugs. WWE chronicled Hall’s personal battles in a DVD release earlier this summer. Hall’s life and career also were the subject of an ESPN E60 documentary. Hall also has a heart problem and has been diagnosed with epilepsy. In 2013, Diamond Dallas Page invited Hall to stay in his home and “rebuild his life.” Hall has been to rehab multiple times and reportedly has remained sober as of late.
TMZ reached out to Hall’s representation seeking comment but had not received a response as of yet.
