Santos Escobar, Butch Qualify For Men’s Money In The Bank; Carmelo Hayes Appears Ringside On 6/9 SmackDown
Two new names have qualified for the men’s 2023 WWE Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
On June 9, Santos Escobar and Butch (formerly known as Pete Dunne) punched in their ticket to WWE Money in the Bank 2023.
Escobar was able to get by Mustafa Ali. Butch, on the other hand, defeated Baron Corbin. Both Ali and Baron Corbin are currently free agents and have been spending time on the WWE NXT brand.
Corbin recently targeted NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes. This came back to bite him as Carmelo Hayes was ringside during his match with Butch, distracting him long enough to allow Butch to roll him up for the victory. Hayes and Corbin also brawled after the match.
