Santana & Ortiz To Make Final Independent Appearance At Battle Club Pro On September 28

Final Indy date for LAX.

Battle Club Pro announced that Santana & Ortiz (formerly LAX in IMPACT Wrestling) will make their final Independent appearance on Sept. 28. The former IMPACT Tag Team Champions will face Ashley Vox & Delmi Exo in an intergender tag team bout.

Santana & Ortiz made a surprise appearance at AEW All Out, attacking The Lucha Bros and The Young Bucks following their co-main event ladder match. The duo won’t be using the LAX name while in AEW as it is associated with IMPACT Wrestling. It is unknown what name they will go by in AEW, though they have added Proud-n-Powerful (PNP) to their Twitter names and handles.

It was only right that we end our independent career in the city that made us who we are.

AEW will premiere on TNT on Oct. 2.
