SANADA Advances In New Japan Cup Tournament, Leaves LIJ To Join Just Five Guys
Four becomes five.
SANADA advanced to the semifinals of the NJPW New Japan Cup tournament, picking up a victory over his Los Ingobernables de Japon running mate Tetsuya Naito in the main event on March 17.
After the bout, SANADA embraced Taichi, TAKA Michinoku, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, and DOUKI of Just Four Guys.
SANADA announced he was leaving LIJ to become one of the guys. Just Five Guys.

In other tournament action, Mark Davis, who replaced the injured Will Ospreay, defeated EVIL in his quarterfinal matchup.
SANADA will face Davis in the semifinals on March 19.
