Sammy Guevara Returns On 12/27 AEW Dynamite, Reunites With Chris Jericho
Sammy Guevara is back.
Don Callis was looking to celebrate with his family for Boxing Day, and he presented gifts in the form of paintings to Powerhouse Hobbs, Konosuke Takeshita, & Kyle Fletcher. Callis said it was great to be with his full family when Sammy Guevara returned.
Guevara said he hadn’t heard from Callis while he was sidelined, but Callis did have a gift for him, a painting of Guevara with the Callis family and Guevara’s newborn.

Guevara was not happy that Callis used his newborn in the photo. Callis said he had a choice to make, but Guevara shoved Callis for mentioning his baby, leading to the rest of the Family to attack Guevara.

Chris Jericho made the save, running off the Family with his baseball bat. Guevara and Jericho hugged, but their reunion was short-lived as Ricky Starks & Big Bill jumped them.

The lights went out, leading to the return of Sting & Darby Allin. Sting, Darby, Jericho, and Guevara ran off Starks & Bill.

Guevara has been sidelined since AEW WrestleDream when he teamed with Konosuke Takeshita & Will Ospreay to defeat Chris Jericho & Golden Lovers (Kenny Omega & Kota Ibushi). Guevara suffered a concussion and was sidelined until December 5 when he announced he was cleared.
