Stipulation Added To Sami Zayn And Johnny Knoxville’s WrestleMania 38 Match, Confirmed For Night Two
Sami Zayn wants more than just a traditional wrestling match at WrestleMania 38.
Two weeks ago, Johnny Knoxville showed up on WWE SmackDown and distracted Sami Zayn during his Intercontinental Championship Match. Thanks in part to the Jackass star’s presence, Ricochet was able to pin Sami and win the title for the first time in his career.
Later that night, Zayn issued a challenge to Knoxville for a match at WrestleMania 38, which was accepted shortly thereafter. Now, however, Sami wants to throw all the rules out the window.
During the March 18 episode of SmackDown, Zayn challenged Knoxville to an “Anything Goes Match.” Knoxville wasted no time replying, saying that this is nothing compared to some of the stunts he’s pulled off. He accepted and said that Sami is “so screwed.”
It was also confirmed that the match will happen on April 3 at WrestleMania Sunday.
