Sami Callihan Wins IMPACT World Title From Brian Cage On IMPACT; Confronted By Tessa Blanchard
New World Champion crowned in IMPACT.
On Tuesday’s premiere of IMPACT on AXS, Sami Callihan captured the IMPACT World Championship by defeating Brian Cage in a steel cage match. Callihan finished Cage off with three piledrivers and then a super piledriver from the middle rope.

This marks the first reign as IMPACT World Champion for Callihan. However, his celebration was short-lived as he was greeted by his former foe Tessa Blanchard. Callihan and Blanchard headlined IMPACT Slammiversary in July with Callihan picking up the victory.
