Rusev Is Becoming A Twitch Streamer, Will Address WWE Exit When The Time Is Right

Rusev is planning for the future, revealing his next career in a post on Instagram.

Rusev, from Rusev Day, was released by WWE on April 15 as part of company-wide cutbacks due to the coronavirus pandemic. The former WWE United States Champion has been rather quiet regarding his release and future but did offer up some detail in a new post on Instagram.

In the video below, Rusev say, “This is the deal. I got fired, right? Professional wrestling, blah, blah. Who cares? Exciting news is going on. We’re going to start a Twitch channel pretty soon because I want to show how good I am at video games. Why not start a channel where people can see me play video games all day? Because that’s pretty much all I do.”

Rusev said he will address his WWE exit when the time is right, teasing an appearance on Ryback’s podcast.
