Ron Simmons Inducted Into Georgia High School Football Hall Of Fame
Big honor for Ron Simmons.
On Saturday night, Simmons was inducted into the Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame. Simmons played at Warner Robins High School in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Simmons would attend Florida State University after his high school career. He was a 2× Consensus All-American in 1979 and 1980. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1988.

In wrestling Simmons is a former NWA Florida Heavyweight Champion, WCW World Heavyweight Champion and three-time WWF Tag Team Champion. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012.
