Roman Reigns Hits Two Years As Undisputed WWE Universal Champion
Another milestone for Roman Reigns.
On April 3, 2022, Roman Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar to become the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at WrestleMania 38.
Reigns entered the bout as the Universal Champion while Brock was the WWE Champion. Reigns was victorious, kicking off his official reign as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
Reigns has defended the title for two years, including at WrestleMania 39 when he defeated Cody Rhodes. Reigns has also defeated Jey Uso, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Logan Paul, LA Knight, AJ Styles, and Randy Orton during his reign.
Reigns is set to headline both nights of WrestleMania 40.
On night one, he will team with The Rock to face Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes. On night two, he’ll defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a rematch against Rhodes.
Fightful will have coverage of both nights of WrestleMania 40 beginning on April 6.
