Goldberg vs. Roman Reigns For Universal Championship Set For WrestleMania 36
The new WWE Universal Champion, Bill Goldberg kicked off the February 28th, 2020 episode of Friday Night Smackdown, and it did not take long for a major potential challenger to step up.
Goldberg would kick off the show live from Boston, Massachusetts, to recap his victory over “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at WWE Super ShowDown.

Goldberg, amid a polarizing response from the live audience, would ask the main question on everybody’s mind, now that he is Universal Champion on the Road to WrestleMania, who’s next?
This led to Roman Reigns coming out to interrupt the new champion. Not saying many words, Roman Reigns would stare down the WWE Hall of Famer and simply say, “I’m next!”
