Rok-C Retains ROH Women’s Championship, Challenged To A Winner Takes All Match By Deonna Purrazzo
The ROH Women’s World Championship was on the line at ROH Final Battle.
Willow earned the title shot by defeating Mandy Leon in a No. 1 contender’s match. Rok-C is 6-0 in singles competition since the women’s division was rebooted in April, including a win over Alize in the finals of the ROH Women’s World Title Tournament in September.
At Final Battle, Rok-C extended her undefeated streak in ROH when she pinned Willow after hitting the Code Rok. The two competitors shared a hug after the match, but it was cut short when Deonna Purrazzo’s music hit.
The IMPACT star grabbed a microphone and told Rok-C that she has a belt that belongs to her. She then said that once she wins the Knockouts Title back from Mickie James at Hard To Kill, she wants to face Rok-C in a Winner Takes All match. Rok-C quickly extended her hand, locking in the deal that would see the ROH Women’s Title, Knockouts Title, and AAA Reina de Reinas Championship all on the line.
