Rok-C Makes Debut At NXT Level Up Taping, Undergoes A Name Change

Rok-C is ready to level up. 

NXT taped the latest episode of Level Up on April 12 ahead of NXT. During the tapings, former ROH Women’s Champion Rok-C made her debut. She is now using the name Roxanne Perez. 

She picked up a victory over Sloane Jacobs. The show will air on Friday, April 15 on Peacock following WWE SmackDown.

WWE confirmed on March 17 that Rok-C had signed with the promotion as they announced the latest round of Performance Center recruits. Rok-C won the ROH Women’s Championship by defeating Miranda Alize in the final of the Women of Honor tournament. She would defend the title against Willow Nightingale at ROH Final Battle before losing the title to Deonna Purrazzo on the January 13 episode of IMPACT.  

WWE wrote the following profile on her when they announced her signing: 

Carla Gonzalez from Pasadena, Texas is better known as Rok-C after graduating from Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling school as the youngest ROW Diamonds Champion.

Fightful will have results from NXT Level Up following the conclusion of the event on Friday.
