ROH Wrestling Television Results for 1/24/20 Episode #436 ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Title Match
Villain Enterprises defend their ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against the luchador team of Mexiblood!
-We open the show with a recap of Los Ingobernables attacking and taking out Villain Enterprises when PCO defended his title against RUSH.
-We get highlights of Dragon Lee versus Andrew Everett where Lee wins with Incineration before we see Silas and Josh stuck walking down a small hallway as we go to commercial.
-We come back to a video package for the rivalry between Matt Taven and Vincent before we throw to Bateman and Vincent against a local team.
Bateman & Vincent vs Local Team
Bateman is in control of the opposite team by himself for the short match before Vincent tags in and gets on the mic and is censored due to his controversial comments before pinning one of the guys for the pin and the win.
Winner:Vincent and Bateman defeat a local team via pinfall.
-We get a promo by Nick Aldis backstage where he talks about why he’s teaming up with RUSH and how he’ll do anything to get his hands on Marty Scurll.
-We get highlights of Shane Taylor and Soldiers of Savagery who have joined Shane Taylor Promotions in the ring before he calls Joe Koff out to the ring and thanks him for giving him a shot before demanding six man tag title opportunities for SOS and a partner of his choosing as well as a title shot of his choosing before saying that he wants on every poster before leaving as we go to commercial.
-We get highlights of Jonathan Gresham versus Josh Woods in which Jon wins after Jay Lethal hits Josh with the title belt when Jon distracts the referee and beats Josh via referee stoppage.
ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship Match
Bandido, Rey Horus & Flamita vs Villain Enterprises (Marty Scurll, Brody King & Flip Gordon)
Brody tosses Rey across the ring when they lock up before dropping him with a shoulder block and Rey hits a huricanrrana into a dropkick. Brody turns Rey inside out with a lariat and Marty and Bandido come in and they run the ropes until Bandido hits a shotgun dropkick. They exchange head locks and head scissors before Rey and Flip come in and drop each other with kicks and Flip holds Rey before Marty superkicks him from the apron. Flip tosses Rey back into the ring and Villain Enterprises isolates Rey until he gets the tag to Bandido who takes out flip and hits a corkscrew cross body to Brody. Bandido and company hit a pop-up huricanrrana into a trio of topes that take out VE at ringside.
Flamita hits a 450 to Flip for a near fall before they hit a pop-up wheel barrow moonsault leg drop combo. Flip hits a springboard spear to Flamita before Brody comes in and takes out Flamita and Bandido before he and Marty hit the Villain combination for a near fall. Brody accidentally boots Marty off of the apron and Bandido hits a crucifix bomb before Marty hits a tornado DDT into a series of superkicks by Flip. Everyone hits a move before Marty and Bandido exchange until Flamita and Bandido hit a springboard back stabber for a near fall. Marty gets rocked with a double superkick into a Spanish fly by Bandido for a near fall that Flip and Brody break up.
VE hit made in Detroit for a near fall before hitting a combination 619, cannonball, enzuigiri for a near fall. Marty then teases the Cross Face Chicken Wing before Bandido pins him out of nowhere for the win.
Winner: Mexiblood defeat Villain Enterprises via pinfall when Bandido pins Marty to become the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team champions.
