Here is your fight size update following AEW Dynamite on May 17, 2023.

– Roderick Strong and Chris Jericho battled it out in a chaotic Falls Count Anywhere match. They brawled all over the arena, and Jericho even got a face-full of ice cream when the fight spilled into the concessions area. Once the match left the building, Adam Cole attacked Jericho. Strong capitalized and scored the major win.

– Jay White continued his feud with Ricky Starks. Juice Robinson interfered in the match, and Starks seemingly snapped as he hit both Robinson and White with a chair. As a result, Starks was disqualified, so White won the match.

– “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry took a beating from RUSH but rolled the former ROH World Champion up to win the bout. Sammy Guevara saved Perry and Darby Allin from a post-match attack by RUSH and Preston Vance.

– Sammy Guevara beat Exodus Prime in a matter of seconds to keep his momentum hot ahead of AEW Double or Nothing. Guevara then cut an emotional promo about his upcoming world title match.

– Darby Allin and AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy defeated Big Bill and Lee Moriarty.

– Toni Storm and Ruby Soho of The Outcasts defeated Britt Baker and Hikaru Shida.

Hangman Page returned, reunited with The Elite, and challenged Blackpool Combat Club to an Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing

– Wardlow squared off with Christian Cage, and the TNT Champion got laid out by Cage and Luchasaurus.

– TNT Champion Wardlow challenged Cage to a ladder match for the title at AEW Double or Nothing.

AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy agreed to put his title on the line in a 21-person Blackjack Battle Royale at AEW Double or Nothing.

Karen Jarrett made her AEW debut and helped Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh leave AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) laid out.

– In an interview, Sammy Guevara made it clear that he’s eager to see AEW World Champion MJF lose the title at AEW Double or Nothing, no matter who walks away with the gold.

– Don Callis started to explain why he betrayed Kenny Omega, but the former champion interrupted him. Omega then brawled with the Blackpool Combat Club, and The Elite made the save.

– Tony Khan provided an update about AEW Collision and teased another announcement for the May 24 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Toni Storm challenged AEW Women’s World Champion to a match at AEW Double or Nothing

– AEW World Champion MJF looked frustrated and opted not to comment when asked about his upcoming title match.

– Kenny Omega commented on the reunion of The Elite.

– Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and Karen Jarrett, alongside Satnam Singh, discussed the upcoming tag team title match at AEW Double or Nothing.
