What is BDE?

The Rock’s new campaign for ZOA features Big Dwayne Energy, for those who want a little extra boost to be a little more like The Rock. 

In a new video, the Rock lists things that are BDE, like figure skating, fanny packs, and recycling, and things that aren’t BDE, like sharing passwords, even though we all do it.
