“No. Definitely not. It kills the magic first of all, but it’s not dissimilar to wrestling in that regard. You go to watch a magic show, you go to watch a wrestling show. You know what it is, and you know what it isn’t. But if you dissect it, all of it, and you know exactly how it all works, you lose that sense of illusion and that sense of emotion, you get taken out of it. It’s the same thing as making a movie. If you see the boom dropping into the shot, it’s gone.

The match is set! The King versus the Root of All Evil at HOG Friday the 13th!

House of Glory Pro Wrestling has announced today that at Friday the 13th live from the NYC Arena in Jamaica, Queens NJPW star Minoru Suzuki will face Crown Jewel Champion Charles Mason.

After interrupting Fallout last Friday and attacking several officials including play by play analyst JD, commissioner Jason Solomon promised Charles Mason a fight at the next show. A fight Mason will get when he faces the legendary Minoru Suzuki.

Charles Mason has torn through House of Glory and been Crown Jewel Champion since April 2022. Taking out opponents, fans, and officials throughout his reign with so much controversy HOG officials are determined to stop him. He invaded last Friday’s show even though he was suspended indefinitely for his actions at High Intensity in August.

The former IWGP Intercontinental and NEVER Openweight champion will be making a rare NYC appearance and look to put the man that claims to be the Root Of All Evil in his place.

Tickets are available now at HOGWrestling.net. General admission starts at $20.

The event will also stream live on the Premier Streaming Network. Fans can purchase a subscription or the standalone event.
