Ring of Honor presented the twenty-first episode of their new era on Thursday, July 20, 2023, and it aired on ROH Honor Club. The show was headlined by Dalnton Castle facing Shane Taylor in the finals of the ROH Television Championship Eliminator Tournament.

Elsewhere on the card, Athena hosted a Proving Grounds Match against Nikita, Utami Hayashishita made her ROH Debut against Trish Adora, Daniel Garcia went one-on-one against Jason Keiger, The Kingdom faced off against Bollywood Boys, The Workhorsemen, and the team of Darius Martin & Action Andretti, and The Boys faced The Righteous in a tag match.   • Pure Rules Match: Daniel Garcia def. Jason Keiger.
    • After the match, ROH Pure Champion Katsuyori Shibata confronted Daniel Garcia in the ring. 
  • Utami Hayashishita def. Trish Adora (w/ Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo).
  • ROH Television Championship Eliminator Tournament – Final: Dalton Castle (w/ Brandon Tate & Brent Tate) def. Shane Taylor.
  • Pure Rules Match: Josh Woods (w/ Ari Daivari, Tony Nese & “Smart” Mark Sterling) def. James Stone.
  • There two vignettes of Athena & Willow Nightingale ahead of their match at Death Before Dishonor for the ROH Women’s Championship
  • ROH Women’s World Championship – Proving Ground Match: Athena (c) def. Nikita.
    • Athena attacked Nikita after the match, sending her into the barricade on the outside. Willow Nightingale & Athena had a stare-down afterward. 
  • The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch) (w/ Stu Grayson) def. The Boys (Brandon Tate & Brent Tate).
    • After the match, Evil Uno came to the ramp with a chair. Stu Grayson stared daggers at Evil Uno while hitting the Nightfall on Brent Tate. 
  • Leyla Hirsh def. Nicole Matthews.
  • There was a video package recapping the history ahead of the Fatal Four-Way Match between Aussie Open, Best Friends, The Kingdom & ROH Tag Team Champions The Lucha Brothers for the titles at Death Before Dishonor.
  • There was a video recap ahead of the ROH World Championship Match between Claudio Castagnoli & PAC on Death Before Dishonor.
  • The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) (w/ Maria Kanellis-Bennett) def. The Workhorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake), Darius Martin & Action Andretti, and Bollywood Boyz (Harv & Gurv Sihra).
