Riho is taking a rest.
The former AEW Women’s Champion took to social media to post a picture of herself with her right arm in a sling, saying she will be taking a rest.
The severity or extent of Riho’s injury is unknown and was not given.
Riho last wrestled on January 8 at AEW Battle of Belts where she lost to AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker. She was regularly featured on AEW programming in the lead up to the match, wrestling 12 AEW matches from the start of November through the bout with Baker.
