Riddle Comments On His WrestleMania Entrance, Says WWE Doesn’t Tell Him Too Much

Riddle isn’t in the loop when it comes to planning his ring entrance.

Appearing on WWE’s The Bump ahead of Night 2 of WrestleMania 37, the United States Champion was asked if there was anything special planned for his walk down the ramp. On the March 29 episode of Raw, an animated bird overlay was added to his entrance at the point where he jumps into the ring and kicks off his flip-flops. As for tonight, he said this:

“I’ll be honest, you will be as shocked as I will be. They don’t really tell me too much. I don’t know if it’s just me, I feel like everybody else knows what’s going on all the time. I feel like I’m always the last one to know everything. Part of me wants to blame myself. Like, it must be me. But I don’t know, man, I got a feeling people just aren’t relaying messages to me. It’s whatever.”

Riddle will be defending his Title on Night 2 against Sheamus. The match came about after the Celtic Warrior beatdown The Original Bro with his own scooter. He then delivered a decisive victory over the champion the following week.

On The Bump, Riddle talked about how he is always sore after fighting Sheamus, but that they are the same in the sense that they both enjoy taking and dishing out beatings.

Fightful will have live coverage of WrestleMania 37 today (Sunday, April 11) beginning at 4 p.m. PST.
