Riddick Moss Wants To Help Kevin Durant Return From His Achilles Injury

Riddick Moss wants to put Kevin Durant on the Riddick Regimen.

NBA fans witnessed Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant rupture his Achilles tendon in Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. The injury is scheduled to keep Durant out of the 2019-20 NBA season as he is expected to miss roughly 12 months of action.

NXT star Riddick Moss has dealt with his own Achilles rupture, but he was back in the ring within five months. Speaking to TMZ, Moss revealed that he would like to get Durant back on the court in a similar timeframe.

“I just want to send a message to Kevin Durant. I’ve been hearing a lot of talk about how he’s going to miss next [NBA] season and be out for 12 months with a ruptured Achilles tendon. I don’t like it,” stated Moss. “I’ve been there before with my ruptured Achilles. I got clearance from my doctor after four months and returned to action in five months. That’s a record and has never been done before. This talk of KD missing a year, I don’t want to hear it. I don’t want to see it. KD, I want to see you back next year, in the playoffs, in the Finals, winning Finals MVP. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone, but I want you to shut up all these haters. The way you’re going to do that; don’t call Kobe Bryant. Kobe didn’t set a record for coming back from an Achilles rupture like Riddick Moss did. Kobe can’t help you. Call Riddick Moss. I’ll put you on the Riddick Regimen and I’ll get you back in time for the playoffs.”
