Cauliflower Alley Club announced Rey Mysterio will receive the 2020 Lucha Libre Award. Mysterio will receive the award in April.

Blue Demon Jr was presented with the first-ever Lucha Libre award last year.
“The Cauliflower Alley Club is extremely excited to recognize Rey Mysterio Jr’s outstanding career in the Lucha Libre wrestling style, not to mention his extreme success all around the world,” said B. Brian Blair (via Lucha Central, former WWE wrestler and current president of the CAC. “Rey will receive the award, which is the CAC’s highest honor in this category. Thank you Rey for all the years of hard work and entertainment. Wishing you another decade of success!”
Mysterio’s legendary career spans three decades and includes multiple world titles. He remains active today and is currently involved in a storyline with Cain Velasquez and Brock Lesnar.
