Rey Mysterio And Cain Velasquez Are No Longer Teaming Per Changes To 11/30 WWE Supershow In Mexico
WWE has made some changes to the Supershow lineup in Mexico on November 30.
What was once supposed to be a show that would see the teaming of Rey Mysterio and Cain Velasquez for the first time ever, has now changed into two separate matchups.
Rey Mysterio will now take on “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt inside a steel cage for the Universal Championship. Initially, that role was meant for Seth Rollins.
Meanwhile, Cain Velasquez will team with young up and comer Humberto Carrillo to go against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson of The OC. There’s no official reason given for why the changes were made as of yet.

Cain Velasquez has not been seen in WWE since October 31, when he lost to Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
On the inaugural After The Bell podcast With Corey Graves, Triple H said that Cain Velasquez is signed with WWE for multiple years but is more long-term on the developmental side of WWE right now.
