Another change has been made to AEW Double Or Nothing due to injury.
Rey Fenix will be out of the Casino Ladder Match due to injury. He will be replaced by Joey Janela, who was previously not booked for the show.
Rey Fenix was injured on the 5/20 AEW Dynamite after diving into a pile of competitors and wiped himself out. AEW says Fenix will be out a short length of time.
