An update on United Wrestling Network’s Primetime Live series.

According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, United Wrestling Network is in “very early discussions” about bringing the UWN Primetime Live series back on a new streaming platform. The report goes on to say the series would return outside of the pay-per-view format and become a free weekly series.

The series previously aired on Fite TV.

The report also notes that the UWN World Title bout between Chris Dickinson and Mike Bennett is still scheduled to take place later this year, with talks of it happening internationally.

UWN continues to produce its Championship Wrestling From Hollywood series and recently debuted its Championship Wrestling From Memphis series.

UWN Primetime was paused in December due to the COVID-19 pandemic. David Marquez stated the series would return in 2021, but didn’t have a further update.

UWN partnered with the NWA for the series. THe NWA recently announced its return to pay-per-view, and weekly television on Fite TV. You can find out more information about the NWA’s return by clicking here
