Report: Riddick Moss Out With A Knee Injury

Both competitors are now on the shelf.

It was recently reported that NXT talent Tino Sabbatelli had suffered a torn pectoral during an NXT house show match against The Velveteen Dream. Dream gave Tino a "drop-kick" to the chest that apparently did not go so smooth. Sabbatelli has undergone surgery for the torn pec.

On a recent edition of NXT TV, Sabbatelli along with his former partner Riddick Moss took on the team of 'Heavy Machinery'. As Moss looked to his partner for the tag Tino dropped down from the ring apron leaving Moss all alone in the ring with the steak and weight lovers. Now today, PWInsider is reporting that Riddick Moss has suffered a knee injury but the severity of it is unknown. The site notes that Moss was seen on crutches at the NXT TV tapings that took place over the past two days. The injury comes as both men were set to kick-start their feud with one another.

UPDATE

On the latest installment of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that Riddick Moss suffered a torn Achilles.
