Report: Rey Mysterio And Dana Brooke Under Quarantine

Rey Mysterio and Dana Brooke are reportedly under quarantine, leading to changes in the WrestleMania 36 card.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that both stars have entered quarantine, though it has not been confirmed if they have any coronavirus symptoms. WWE is simply taking precautions with both superstars.

Mysterio and Brooke being in quarantine forced WWE to make changes to the WrestleMania 36 card.

Brooke was originally announced for the SmackDown Women’s Championship Six-Pack Challenge match, but was quietly pulled on Monday evening, making it a Fatal Five-Way bout featuring Bayley, Sasha Banks, Naomi, Lacey Evans, and Tamina. Brooke last appeared on television on the Mar. 6 WWE SmackDown, teaming with Carmella in a loss to Fire & Desire (Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose). Brooke posted an at-home workout on Monday afternoon on social media, making no mention of being quarantined or sick.

Mysterio never had a match announced, but he was involved in a storyline with Angel Garza, Humberto Carrillo, and United States Champion Andrade. Mysterio defeated Andrade in a non-title affair on the Mar. 16 WWE Raw. It was announced on Monday evening that Garza & Andrade would team to challenge the Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) for the Raw Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 36.
