Report: Matt Riddle Slated To Return At 9/18 WWE Raw

Matt Riddle returning soon. 

Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that Matt Riddle is slated to return to WWE for the September 18 episode of WWE Raw. 

Riddle missed the September 11 episode of WWE Raw with a reported “medical issue” and is not expected to be part of the weekend live events that he was reported booked for. 

On September 10, Riddle accused an officer at JFK airport of sexual harassment in an Instagram post that he deleted. According to reports, Port Authority officers got a call for a disorderly person who was deplaning, and they met him in the terminal. Riddle was reportedly the disorderly person in question.

An internal investigation was launched.

WWE have not publicly commented on the situation.

Riddle has been teaming with Drew McIntyre on WWE Raw. McIntyre is scheduled to face Jey Uso on the September 18 episode of Raw.
