Report: Luke Gallows And Karl Anderson Turn Down Multi-Million Dollar Deals To Remain With WWE

The Good Brothers could be on their way out of WWE per report.

Former 3-time IWGP Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are leaning towards exiting from WWE once their contracts expire this fall per Mike Johnson of PWInsider. The site notes that one of the bigger topics backstage at this past Tuesday’s SmackDown television tapings was Gallows and Anderson’s pending free agency. Gallows and Anderson have had multiple meetings with WWE about their future and sources have told PWInsider that both men have turned down multi-million dollar deals and intend to depart from the company once their contracts are up this Fall.

A reason noted within the report relating to why Anderson and Gallows are leaning towards exiting from WWE is how they’ve been treated over the years. They debuted with the company shortly after WrestleMania 32 in 2016 and had a brief run as a faction alongside former WWE Champion AJ Styles. Gallows and Anderson went on to capture the RAW Tag Team Championships one year into their run and lost the titles to the returning Hardy Boyz at WrestleMania 33. Last year, both men were moved to SmackDown Live as a part of the Superstar Shake-Up and their last match for WWE was at a live event in Georgia on the 25th of February.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson have been featured in other areas of WWE as they hosted the ‘Botch Club’ show on the WWE Network. Also, earlier this year, Anderson teased the return of the ‘Talk n’ Shop’ podcast but made it clear that the podcast would have to be unrestricted.

As more information about Gallows and Anderson’s pending free agency comes to the forefront, we’ll update you here on Fightful and over at the our “Wresting Contracts Expiration Dates” article, there are details about the contract information of various talents within the professional wrestling world.
