Report: Aaron Dean Eisenberg Cast As Ric Flair In ‘The Iron Claw’
The part of Ric Flair has been cast in “The Iron Claw.”
Deadline reports Aaron Dean Eisenberg will play Ric Flair in “The Iron Claw,” which is based on the Von Erich family. The role is expected to be a cameo part. Eisenberg is best known for portraying Todd Lang on “The Duece.”
Flair famously battled Kerry Von Erich throughout the mid-80s for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.
As previously confirmed, MJF has been cast in the film. The cast currently includes Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Holt McCallany, Harris Dickinson, Maura Tierney and Lily James.
A24 and Access Industries are co-financing the pic, which Sean Durkin is writing and directing. Producing alongside A24 are Tessa Ross, Juliette Howell and Angus Lamont for House Productions as well as Len Blavatnik and Danny Cohen from Access Entertainment. The film was developed by House Productions with the support of Access Entertainment and BBC Film.
