Raw Viewership Up Seven Percent From Last Week
Raw scored better than usual numbers this week, up seven percent from last week.
Showbuzz Daily reports that overall, the show averaged around 3.03 million viewers, way up from the 2,83 the show scored last week The first hour did 3.26 million viewers, and the second hour did 3.1 million. The last hour fell to around 2.8 million viewers. The first and second hours got second and third place for the night, while the third hour was at number six. This all may be due to Monday Night Football being significantly down from last week, only scoring around 8 million viewers, though it was the top rated show on cable for the night.
In terms of 18-49 ratings, the show scored 1.12, 1.07 and 0.99 respectively, up from last weeks numbers of 0.98, 0.98 and 0.87.
The show was mainly focused on the build to Survivor Series, as it takes place this Sunday. More changes took place as Triple H cemented himself as the fifth person on the Raw vs. Smackdown Survivor Series team. The main event had Braun Strowman and Kane battle it out. The match never got started, technically, but they did spend the last few minutes of the show brawling around a lot, This led to Strowman powerslamming Kane through the ring to close out the show in epic fashion.
