Raven Believes He’d Draw Money As IMPACT World Champion; Sometimes Ron Reese Cries At Night

Important updates on Raven’s Flock.

Raven has a Mensa-level IQ. He is also an old-school wrestler who wouldn’t hesitate to book himself on top.

On the February 2 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Santino Marella, the IMPACT Director of Authority ran into Raven backstage. Santino is new to the role of authority figure and as such, was seeking advice from the Mensa-level genius. Acting more akin to Wile E. Coyote, super genius, Raven suggested Santino book him to be the IMPACT World Champion because people would pay money to see him as the top guy.

Santino, baffled, walked away but assured Raven he’d take his advice into consideration.

Then, things got even more peculiar as Ron Reese showed up. Formerly a member of Raven’s Flock in WCW, Reese asked Raven if The Flock was reuniting. Raven blew off this proposal, instead choosing to remind Reese of his days as The Yeti.

For those unfamiliar, The Yeti was a member of Dungeon of Doom in WCW. At Halloween Havoc, The Yeti emerged to give Hulk Hogan a Bear Hug from behind while “The Giant” Paul Wight gave “The Hulkster” a traditional Bear Hug.

Ron Reese responded to this by saying that Raven hurts his feelings when he is mean, and sometimes, he cries at night.

Long live The Flock.

Raven may never get another opportunity to become IMPACT World Champion, but he was inducted into the IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2022.
