Pro Wrestling NOAH Sold To LIDET Entertainment
A shake-up in Japan.
According to reports, Pro Wrestling NOAH’s parent company has been sold to LIDET Entertainment. NOAH was previously owned by an IT company, Estebee, which later renamed to Noah Global Entertainment Co., Ltd. in 2016.

Masayuki Uchida, chairman of Pro Wrestling NOAH, will also leave the company and take an advisor role with LIDET. NOAH’s offices also moved to the business district of Yurakucho in Tokyo and currently they are looking for new office staff.

LIDET has a division that has been producing pro-wrestling events in the past. That. includes DDT’s DNA brand, AAA’s shows in Japan, the reivial of the Differ Cup and Riki Choshu’s POWER HALL. Interestingly enough Choshu also is the chairman of the board of directors at LIDET.

The transition process is set to begin on Feb. 1.
