Powerhouse Hobbs Wonders What Could Have Been In Teaming With Jon Moxley
Before Powerhouse Hobbs joined Team Taz, he was briefly aligned with Jon Moxley during the pandemic era in AEW.
Hobbs would eventually turn on Moxley to team up with Ricky Starks, Brian Cage, and Taz on Team Taz.
Speaking on Warriors Radio, Hobbs wondered what could have been had he remained with Moxley.
“What could have been and what could happen, me teaming with Mox, especially myself, Mox, Darby Allin against Ricky Starks, Brian Cage, and Lance Archer. Unfortunately, due to COVID, that match didn’t happen. I remember being with him, the intensity I had, feeding off Mox. It was crazy,” said Hobbs.
Hobbs never teamed with Moxley during their brief alliance.
In a previous interview, Hobbs revealed that he would like to fight Moxley or Eddie Kingston. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
Moxley is set to face Hangman Page in a Texas Deathmatch at AEW Revolution. Hobbs is not scheduled to compete at AEW Revolution, but will be part of the Face of the Revolution ladder match on AEW Dynamite. Fans can check out the current lineup for AEW Revolution by clicking here.
