Pittsburgh’s Petersen Events Center Details Mask Policy In Email To Attendees Of 8/11 AEW Dynamite
The venue hosting this week’s AEW Dynamite has clarified its policy regarding face masks as wrestling events continue to forge ahead as the world opens up following the global pandemic.
AEW Dynamite will make its debut in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania this week on Wednesday, August 11. This is part of AEW’s return to full-time touring after spending the majority of time with Dynamite on the air with the brand primarily stationed at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
With COVID-19 cases on the rise in some locations in the United States, policies surrounding face coverings for previously-announced events have become a talking point once again with many venues in many states re-evaluating how they will handle gatherings going forward.
As first noted by John Clark of WrestleZone on Twitter, the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, sent out an email to fans that purchased tickets to attend AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, August 11. In the email, there was a mask policy stating that all guests over the age of 2 would be required to wear a face-covering at all times.
MASK POLICY
All guests over the age of 2 are required to wear a face covering that covers both the nose and mouth at all times, unless actively eating or drinking.
As of now, this email was sent out specifically to those who purchased tickets to AEW Dynamite. The debut of AEW Rampage will take place in the same venue and air on Friday, August 13. If you live outside of the United States, you will be able to catch AEW Rampage’s debut show from Pittsburgh on FITE. Learn more here.
