OTT Wrestling Announces It Has Closed Its School

OTT Wrestling has announced that its school has been closed down.

Joey Cabray made the news official over the weekend, noting that their landlord was not being cooperative with the promotion. Current NXT Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin, who is a former OTT World Champion, added that the landlord refused payment that wasn’t 100 percent of the rent the promotion usually pays and that it was impossible for OTT to pay the entirety of the rent.

Below are a few tweets from a couple of wrestlers who reacted to the news of the school closing down.

OTT has been hit hard in recent weeks due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19. Last month, The promotion announced that Scrappermania 6, which was set to take place in Dublin, Ireland, had been canceled as the government has advised against gatherings of over 100 people. The show was set to be headlined by Jon Moxley vs. David Starr and featuring appearances by the likes of Toni Storm and PAC.
