NXT News: Kushida Debuts Against Kassius Ohno; Matt Riddle vs. Adam Cole Set For Next Week
News coming out of tonight’s NXT.
On tonight’s episode of NXT, former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Kushida made his highly anticipated debut, defeating Kassius Ohno in singles action. Kushida officially joined the NXT roster on Apr. 5 ahead of NXT TakeOver: New York. He’s wrestled a handful of matches at live events before making his television debut on Wednesday.

Also on tonight’s NXT, Matt Riddle vs. Adam Cole was announced for next week’s episode. The two men had a confrontation backstage at a photoshoot during a recent episode of NXT.
