NWA Powerrr Results (10/18)
– Non-Title Match: Trevor Murdoch def. Matt Taven
– Velvet Sky announces that Tim Storm is unable to accept the Championship Series title shot she gave him. She gives it to Angelina Love, but rather than being given the opportunity, she wants to earn it in her match.
– The Spectaculars (Brady Pierce, Rolando Freeman, and Rush Freeman) are backstage. Rolando Freeman notes that he should be in contention for the world title, given his two victories over Matt Cardona. Tyrus interrupts, and Rolando threatens to whoop his ass. Tyrus grabs him by the throat, and The Spectaculars manage to escape. BLK Jeez stops Tyrus from saying something else. He says Tyrus would be the champion if he listened to him and didn’t make “dumbass decisions”. Tyrus grabs Jeez, but he decides to let him go and walk away.
– In an interview, AJ Cazana discusses the lineage of the NWA World Television Championship and he, unlike Jordan Clearwater, is cut from the same cloth as the previous champions. He says the title needs to be around his waist, and
– Question Mark (with Aron Stevens) def. Kratos; at the end of the match, Stevens hits Kratos with a loaded glove and seemingly knocks him out. Question Mark then pinned Kratos with the Mongrovian Spike.
– Backstage, the Dirty Sexy Boys (JTG and Dirty Dango) discuss their non-title match against La Rebelión on NWA USA this weekend. Dango gets confused because he had thought it was a title match. Dango shifts gears and says that when he makes love, it’s always a title match, and everybody wins.
– Championship Series Title Opportunity Match: Chelsea Green def. Angelina Love to earn a future championship; Green pulled Love’s tights during the pin.
– Kerry Morton def. Joe Alonzo
– In an interview, Jordan Clearwater vows to make history by winning the NWA Television Championship
– EC3 def. Mercurio
– EC3 goes to the podium and discusses his match with Thom Latimer at NWA Hard Times 3. He dares Latimer to attack him and calls Kamille a better champion than Latimer will ever be. He says Latimer is learning to bypass the cliches of the industry, but they will fight at NWA Hard Times 3. EC3 says Latimer will become Control Your Narrative. He says he knows how this ends, and Latimer has been warned.
