Match By Match Recap

Syota Umino & Hirai Kawato vs. Tetsuhiro Yagi & Ren Narita

The match begins with Kawato and Narita having a forearm striking exchange, Kawato wins the exchange before dropping Narita with some kicks. Umino tags in and he mauls Narita with strikes in the corner, Umino holds Narita down while applying the chin lock. Umino lets go of the chin lock to apply the camel clutch to Narita, Narita gets free before having a chopping exchange with Umino. Narita eventually drops Umino with a drop kick before tagging Yagi in, Yagi tosses Umino across the ring for a near fall. Yagi gets a near fall before just stomping away on a downed Umino, Yagi then applies the Boston crab to Umino.

Yagi releases the hold before stomping away on the back of Umino, Umino recovers before nailing Yagi with a drop kick. Kawato and Narita get into a striking exchange as they tag into the match, Kawato drops Narita and he applies the Boston crab to him. Yagi breaks the hold up and Kawato catches Narita with a springboard drop kick him, Kawato nails Narita with one more hold before scoring the three count.

Tomoyuki Oka & War Machine (Raymond Rowe & Hanson) vs. Bullet Club (Leo Tonga, Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa)

The match begins with Leo powering Oka into the ropes before just taunting him, Leo then starts attacking the back of Oka with some strikes before dropping him with a shoulder block. Oka gets up and he quickly drops Leo with a shoulder tackle, a brawl would then break out between everybody in the match. Rowe picks up Hanson and he tosses him right into a cornered Loa, Oka attacks Leo with a few strikes as everybody else battles outside of the ring. Leo quickly recovers and he nails Oka with a suplex for a near fall, Leo gets up and he stomps away on a downed Oka. Leo corners Oka before assaulting him with some strikes, Loa tags in and he catches Oka with a headbutt.

Loa then hits Oka with a slam followed by a leg drop for a near fall, Tama tags in and he rakes the back of a downed Oka. Tama quickly hits Oka with a snap suplex followed by a plethora of strikes, Loa tags back in and he cracks Oka with another headbutt. Oka recovers and he catches Loa with a belly to belly suplex, Rowe tags in and he cleans house on the opposing team. Rowe drops Tama before clobbering him with a knee strike, Hanson hits the ring and he takes out the opposition with avalanches in the corner. Oka tags in and he crushes the opposition with more avalanches alongside War Machine, Rowe then slams Oka and Hanson  on a downed Loa for a near fall.

Leo hits the ring and he corners Oka so all of Bullet Club can work him over, Oka recovers to crack Loa with a few strikes. Loa recovers and he nails Oka with a blue thunder bomb for a near fall, Loa then hits Oka with an inverted pile driver for the three count.

Michael Elgin, Jeff Cobb, David Finlay & Katsuya Kitamura vs. Chaos (Tomohiro Ishii, Toru Yano, Berretta & Chucky T)

The match begins with Yano using some of his trickery against Elgin, Elgin quickly drops a charging Yano with a shoulder tackle. Yano goes to the ropes and Elgin starts attacking him with strikes, Elgin slams Yano before catching him with a slingshot splash for a near fall. Finlay tags in and Yano gets free to tag Berretta in, Berretta takes Finlay down with a headlock and he keeps him down there for a short time. Finlay gets free and he clobbers a charging Berretta with a drop kick, Finlay follows that up by nailing Berretta with a running European uppercut. T tags in and he assaults Finlay with strikes in the corner, T slams Finlay before tagging Berretta into the match so he can rake the eyes of Finlay.

T tags back in so he can hit Finlay with a slingshot swanton for a near fall, Yano tags back in and throws Finlay into the exposed corner. Ishii tags in and he attacks an injured Finlay with some chops, Finlay tries fighting back and Ishii drops him with a forearm strike. Finlay avoids a clothesline before dropping Ishii with a back suplex, Cobb tags in and he nails the opposing team with a variety of suplexes. Cobb and Ishii get into a forearm strike exchange in the middle of the ring, Ishii recovers and he drops Cobb with a suplex. Cobb gets back up to nail Ishii with a suplex followed by a standing moonsault for a near fall, Yano then trips up Cobb.

Elgin hits the ring to lay out Ishii and Yano with a double running clothesline, Ishii recovers to nail Cobb with a lariat. Elgin then takes out Ishii with a second rope shoulder tackle, Kitamura tags in and he assaults T with some chops. Kitamura then hits T with a running back elbow strike in the corner, Kitamura would then catch T with a spear for a near fall. Kitamura picks up T and he assaults him with some forearm strikes, Berretta hits the ring to lay out Kitamura with a tornado DDT. Berretta and T hit Kitamura with a double choke slam for a near fall, T hits Kitamura with the Awful Waffle for the three count.

Winners: Chaos (Tomohiro Ishii, Toru Yano, Berretta & Chucky T)

Manabu Nakanishi, Yuji Nagata, Satoshi Kojima & Hiroyoshi Tenzan vs. Bullet Club (Yujiro Takahashi, Adam Page, Bad Luck Fale & Chase Owens)

The match begins with Takahashi pulling on the hair of Tenzan before applying a headlock, Tenzan gets free and he attacks Takahashi with Mongolian chops. Takahashi recovers while biting the hand of Tenzan, Tenzan gets angry and he drops Takahashi with a clothesline. Fale and Nakanishi get the tag from their respective partners, Nakanishi and Fale immediately have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Fale misses a charge in the corner and then Nakanishi fails to get him up in the torture rack, a brawl would then break out between everybody in the match. Fale works over Nakanishi with a erve hold in the ring, Owens tags in and he stomps away on a downed Nakanishi.

Takahashi tags in and he immediately hits Nakanishi with a running leg drop for a near fall, Bullet Club all hit the ring and they attack Nakanishi. Nakanishi eventually propels everybody but Fale out of the ring, Fale quickly crushes Nakanishi with an avalanche in the corner. Page and Takahashi hit the ring so Nakanishi can take then both out with a double suplex, Nagata tags in and he quickly cleans house on the opposing team. Nagata then hits Page with a running kick to the face followed by a low drop kick, Nagata looks for the cross face and Owens breaks it up. Page gets up and he catches a charging Nagata with a clothesline for a near fall, Takahashi hits the ring and Page accidentally punches him.

Kojima and Owens get the tags from their respective partners, Owens quickly corner Kojima and he attacks him with machinegun chops. Kojima reverses things before nailing Owens with machinegun chops, a brawl breaks out between everybody in the match until Bullet Club works over Kojima in the ring. Owens hits Kojima with a running knee strike for a near fall, Owens looks for a package pile driver and Tenzan breaks it up. Kojima and Tenzan then hit Owens with a 3-D, Kojima follows up by hitting Owens with a Cozy Lariat for the three count.

Winners: Manabu Nakanishi, Yuji Nagata, Satoshi Kojima & Hiroyoshi Tenzan

Hiroshi Tanahashi, Togi Makabe & Henare vs. Suzuki-Gun (Lance Archer, Davey Boy Smith Jr. & El Desparado)

The match begins with Smith Jr suplexing Henare as the bell sounds, Smith Jr follows that up by dropping Henare with a shoulder tackle. Henare recovers and he nails Smith Jr with a flying shoulder tackle, a brawl would then break out between everybody in the match. Smith Jr keeps Henare down before nailing him with an Irish whip into the turnbuckle, Desparado tags in and he works over the leg of Henare. Desparado nails the injured leg of Henare with a splash for a near fall, Archer tags in and he immediately drops Henare with some strikes. Archer waits for Henare to stand up before dropping him with a shoulder tackle, Smith Jr tags back in and he works with Archer to hit Henare with a double slam.

Smith Jr starts focusing his attack on the injured leg of Henare, Smith Jr eventually applies the trailer hitch to Henare. Desparado tags in and he applies the camel clutch to a downed Henare, Archer tags in and he mauls Henare with strikes in the corner. Henare tags Makabe in after sending a charging Archer into the turnbuckle, Makabe instantly cleans house on the opposing team. Makabe hits Archer with a running clothesline in the corner followed by some punches, Archer fights back and he drops Makabe with a lariat for a near fall. Archer looks for an inverted Razor’s Edge and Makabe escapes to lay him out with a clothesline, Tanahashi tags in and he immediately attacks Suzuki-Gun.

Desparado tags in and Tanahashi takes him out with dragon screw leg whips, Suzuki-Gun clears the ring and they all work over Tanahashi. KES goes for the Killer Bomb on Tanahashi and Makabe breaks it up, Makabe then clotheslines both KES members out of the ring. Henare then hits Desparado with a top rope shoulder tackle, Tanahashi hits Desparado with a spinning neck breaker and a High Fly Flow for the three count.

Winners: Hiroshi Tanahashi, Togi Makabe & Henare

Chaos (Kazuchika Okada, Will Ospreay & Gedo) vs. Los Ingobernables (Tetsuya Naito, Hiromu Takahashi & Bushi)

The match begins with Naito backing Okada into the ropes so Bushi can choke him with his shirt, Okada recovers to slam Naito and then hit him with a slingshot swanton bomb. Gedo tags in and he double teams Naito with Okada, Los Ingobernables hit the ring and a brawl breaks out between everybody in the match. Naito stays in the ring and he works over Gedo, Bushi tags in and he nails Gedo with a missile drop kick from the middle rope. Bushi quickly puts Gedo in the STO until Gedo gets to the ropes, Takahashi tags in and he attacks Gedo with chops in the corner. Takahashi nails Gedo with a basement drop kick before tagging Naito back in, Naito then hits Gedo with a neck breaker for a near fall.

Takahashi tags back in and Gedo immediately pokes him in the eyes, Ospreay tags into the match and he cleans house on the opposing team. Ospreay takes out Bushi and Naito with a handspring overhead kick, Ospreay then hits Takahashi with an elevated reverse DDT for a near fall. Ospreay then hits a kicking Takahashi with a head kick, Takahashi recovers and propels a charging Ospreay into the turnbuckle. Naito tags in and Ospreay catches him with an enzaguri, Okada tags in and he drops Naito with a running elbow strike. Okada lays Naito out again to get a near fall on a pin attempt, Naito recovers to take out Okada with a tornado DDT.

Naito goes for his drop kick and he winds up nailing Okada with an enzaguri, Okada recovers and he crushes a charging Naito with a drop kick. Gedo and Bushi get the tags from their respective partners, Gedo catches Bushi with a few roll ups for a few near falls. Takahashi hits the ring to nail Ospreay with a release German suplex, Bushi then hits Gedo with a running MX for a near fall. Bushi then hits Gedo with a middle rope MX for the three count.

Winners: Los Ingobernables (Tetsuya Naito, Hiromu Takahashi & Bushi)

NJPW World Tag League 2017 A Block Match: Chaos (Yoshi-Hashi & Hirooki Goto) vs. Suzuki-Gun (Takashi Iizuka & Minoru Suzuki)

The match begins with Suzuki-Gun jumping their opponents as they hit the ring, Suzuki brawls with Goto in the ring. Iizuka hits the ring to double team Goto with Suzuki, Yoshi-Hashi returns and he works with Goto to drop Iizuka with a double shoulder tackle. Suzuki recovers to lock Goto in an arm bar while they are in the ropes, Suzuki drags Goto out of the ring before attacking him with a chair. Iizuka and Yoshi-Hashi brawl into the crowd as well, Suzuki drags Goto into the crowd and he throws him into a few tables. Iizuka finds a steel chair and he attacks Yoshi-Hashi with it, Iizuka drops Yoshi-Hashi and he chokes him with the steel chair.

Suzuki gets back in the ring and he waits for Goto to get back in before attacking him again, Iizuka hits the ring as well to double team Goto with Suzuki. Suzuki then starts wrenching away on the arm of a downed Goto, Iizuka tags in and he bites the forehead of Goto. Iizuka holds Goto down while biting away at his forehead once again, Suzuki tags in and he kicks away at a downed Goto. Goto tries fighting back and Suzuki immediately drops him, Iizuka tags back in and he chokes Goto with some athletic tape. Iizuka waits for Goto to get up before biting his hand and foot, Goto gets free and he drops Iizuka with a spinning clothesline.

Yoshi-Hashi tags into the match and he cleans house on the opposing team, Yoshi-Hashi then attacks Iizuka with a series of chops. Yoshi-Hashi traps Iizuka on the top rope before landing a running drop kick, Iizuka goes for his athletic tape and Yoshi-Hashi chops him to avoid getting choked. Yoshi-Hashi follows that up by dropping Iizuka with a mule kick, Goto and Suzuki get the tags from their respective partners. Goto drops Suzuki before nailing him with a top rope elbow drop for a near fall, Goto then hits Suzuki with a belly to back suplex for a near fall. Suzuki recovers to nail Goto with a running boot to the face followed by a penalty kick, Suzuki and Goto get into a striking exchange in the middle of the ring.

Suzuki eventually locks Goto in the sleeper hold as Iizuka battles Yoshi-Hashi on the arena floor, Yoshi-Hashi gets into the ring to break the sleeper hold from Suzuki. Suzuki attacks Yoshi-Hashi with strikes to take him out, Iizuka put the iron glove on and Yoshi-Hashi nails him with a drop kick. Yoshi-Hashi and Goto then hit Iizuka with a Russian leg sweep into a rolling neck breaker, Suzuki goes for a sleeper hold and he winds up locking Goto in a guillotine choke. Goto breaks free to hit Suzuki with a GTR for the three count.

NJPW World Tag League 2017 A Block Match: Death Juice (Juice Robinson & Sami Callihan) vs. Los Ingobernables (Evil & Sanada)

The match begins with Robinson and Sanada doing some chain wrestling, Callihan tags in and he drops sanada with a bicycle kick. Evil tags in and Callihan immediately spits on him, Callihan and Evil get into a striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Callihan drops Evil before nailing him with a series of kicks, Sanada hits the ring and Callihan nails both opponents with a double drop kick. Robinson tags in and he immediately gets into a striking exchange with Evil, Evil eventually knocks Robinson out of the ring before attacking Callihan. Sanada throws Callihan into the barricade and Evil does the same to Robinson, Evil wraps a chair around the head of Callihan before hitting him with another chair.

Sanada and Evil return to the ring to work over Robinson, Sanada stays in the ring and he pulls on the hair of Robinson. Evil tags in and he mauls Robinson with strikes in the corner, Robinson starts fighting back and Evil quickly drops him. Evil and Sanada double team Robinson for a near fall after Sanada tagged in, Robinson recovers to nail a charging Sanada with a spine buster. Callihan and Evil get the tags from their respective partners, Callihan immediately starts cleaning house on the opposing team. Callihan knocks Evil off the ring apron with a springboard clothesline, Callihan follows that up with a suicide dive onto Evil.

Callihan gets Evil back in the ring to land a running forearm strike for a near fall, Evil recovers and he nails a charging Callihan with a side slam. Sanada tags in and he traps Callihan in the paradise lock before landing a drop kick, Callihan eventually drops Sanada before tagging Robinson back in. Robinson starts connecting with his patented jabs against Sanada, Robinson follows that up by landing a high cross body for a near fall. Callihan hits the ring and he knocks Evil off the ring apron, Callihan and Robinson then hit Sanada with a series of double team moves for a near fall.

Sanada looks for a hurricarana and Robinson nails him with a power bomb for a near fall, Robinson goes for Pulp Friction and Sanada gets free to land a springboard drop kick. Evil tags in and he knocks Callihan off the ring apron before dropping Robinson for a near fall, Evil then clobbers Robinson with a lariat for a near fall. Robinson recovers to hit Evil with a back breaker before Sanada nails him with a drop kick, everybody eventually goes down as they all take each other out. Los Ingobernables eventually shoves their opponents into each other before taking Callihan out, Los Ingobernables hit Robinson with a Magic Killer for a near fall.

Callihan is knocked to the arena floor before Sanada takes him out with a dive, Evil then hits Robinson with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Evil sets up for his finisher and Callihan breaks it up, Robinson then flattens both opponents with ahis left hook. Callihan hits Evil with a double under hook shoulder breaker, Robinson follows up by hitting Evil with Pulp Friction for the three count.

Winners: Death Juice (Juice Robinson & Sami Callihan)
