Nia Jax Fails To Defeat Ronda Rousey For RAW Women’s Title At WWE TLC; Becky Lynch Gets Revenge On Nia
Ronda keeps the ball rolling in her WWE career.
The feud between Nia Jax and UFC Hall Of Famer and current RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey dates back to the ‘Money In The Bank’ pay-per-view this past June when both women fought for the RAW Women’s Title. They would ultimately end up crossing cross paths again as Nia Jax won the WWE ‘Evolution’ Battle Royal to earn a shot at any Women’s Title of her choice.
Nia chose to get another shot at the RAW Women’s Championship but this time around Nia had a running mate in the form of Tamina who was there to back her. Tamina was present tonight at WWE TLC in San Jose, California for Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey’s rematch.

Nia Jax and Rousey exchanged strikes, finishing maneuvers and both had the will to win but in the end it was Ronda Rousey who was able to put Nia away and Rousey made sure to showcase the forthcoming armbar to Tamina who was watching from the outside as Ronda cranked back and made Nia Jax submit in the middle of the ring to retain the RAW Women’s Championship.

Post-match, Nia Jax ran into a familiar face – that being the SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Becky Lynch who returned the favor to Nia for putting her out of commission in November.
