New WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Crowned At WWE Extreme Rules

Ronda Rousey has regained her championship.

Ronda Rousey became the new WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion at WWE Extreme Rules when she forced Liv Morgan to pass out from a bicep crusher. Morgan was seen smiling as she faded and the referee called an end to the match.

The extreme rules bout featured a baseball bat, tables, a fire extinguisher, a chair, and more.

Morgan won the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE Money in the Bank when she cashed in her Money in the Bank contract, which she won earlier in the night, to defeat Rousey. She successfully defended the title against Rousey at WWE SummerSlam and Shayna Baszler at WWE Clash at the Castle. Her reign lasted 99 days.

This marks the second reign as WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion for Rousey.
