New NWA World TV Champion And Number One Contender Crowned At NWA Hard Times 3
There is a new NWA World Television Champion and number one contender following NWA Hard Times 3.
Jordan Clearwater officially defeated AJ Cazana in the main event of the pre-show of NWA Hard Times 3 to officially become the new NWA TV Champion. Clearwater, much like Tyrus before him, is representing Austin Idol. Tyrus vacated the title to insert himself into the main event of tonight’s event for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Clearwater and Cazana had previously attempted to determine a new champion in a match that went to a time-limit draw on NWA USA. Now, Clearwater can officially call himself the champion and in fact, he made the ring announcer declare he was the new champion several times after winning the title.

Clearwater does, however, know who his first challenger will be. In the opening match of the pre-show, Mims defeated “Adorable” Anthony Andrews to become the new number one contender for the title. Thus far, no date as announced for a future title match.
